How we Learn new Concepts

When we start to make changes in some area of our lives, we begin by

  • Changing the way we talk about it
  • Changing our attitude about it
  • Changing how we act or raising our skill level
  • Altering an underlying decision or value about it

Change can begin at any point on the triangle, and if that change is kept diligently and consistently over time, modifications in the other locations will follow.

Each of these places might be a good location to start making changes.
