We want our children to be happy, healthy, and safe as parents and caregivers. One extremely crucial approach to achieving this is to protect and nurture their mental health. You may encourage youngsters to say these affirmations to themselves by having them gaze in the mirror or at a photo of themselves. Affirmations can also be divided into categories to assist children in dealing with various difficulties. Affirmations regarding healthy boundaries, self-worth affirmations, and compassion affirmations are all examples of categories. The most essential thing is to make it a regular habit. The shorter, sweeter, and simpler the exercise, the more likely youngsters are to stick with it.
